Headshots
Individual headshot sessions may take anywhere from 10 mins – 1 hour, depending on outfit changes, background options, styles, or props. Sessions run faster if your requirements are clear beforehand, but trying different looks may extend the time.
Multiple Staff Headshots
Setup at your location usually takes 20 minutes, or longer if the setup location needs to be chosen. Individual headshots take 5–10 minutes per person, while group portraits require extra time to position everyone—large groups (10+) may take 20 minutes or more.
Lifestyle Team Shoots
These sessions capture your team in a natural, “candid” style, but typically take longer than standard headshots. While the images feel spontaneous, most shots are actually carefully guided—people still need direction, placement, and adjustments to ensure flattering, cohesive results.
Product Photography
The time required for product photography depends on the complexity of the setup, including whether props or styling are used, the number of backgrounds, and the type of product. Simple shots on a plain background may take less time, while styled setups or products with reflective, shiny, or textured surfaces can take more. Product photography also typically requires more post-production work, such as background cleanup, reflection and shadow adjustments, and retouching for surface imperfections, with the total time influenced by how much editing is needed.
Interior & Exterior Photography
Timing for interior and exterior photography varies depending on the size of the space, setup, and conditions. A single interior room typically takes 15 minutes, while photographing an entire property can take 2–3 hours, depending on staging, lighting, and the number of angles required. For exterior shots, a single building or feature usually takes 30 minutes, whereas multiple locations or more detailed compositions can take 1–3 hours, with weather, lighting, and composition influencing the schedule.
